Return Policy
- You may return merchandise within 15 days of purchase date.
- Only unused products may be returned for refund.
- Merchandise must be returned complete with original packaging, manuals, tags and accessories nad invoice.
- All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.

Warranties
- ALL TIPPMANN products have 1 year limited warranty through manufacturer . Please contact them for warranty information at 800-533-4831.
- GenZ warranties markers for 6 months from the origianl date of purchase by the original purchaser.
- For warranty to be effective, customer must notify us prior to shipping product back at sales@hogback.net or 803-920-0213.
- Warranty only valid if merchandise is returned with original receipt.
- Warranty does not cover o-rings, charger,nicks,scratches, normal wear and tear of parts, 9v batteries, fading or anodizing or damage caused by dropping or hitting product.
- Warranty not valid on any modifications of product. Only original factory parts covered.
- Any damage caused by water not covered by warranty.
